Epic Ride on Porcupine Rim Singletrack – video

Great soundtrack, greater scenery and an awesome ride. Put these 3 ingredients in a mixbag, stir well and take out the resulting video. In the words of the filmmaker: We took a late spring trip down to Moab. Since none of us had ridden the infamous Porcupine Rim, and this was Benny’s first mountain bike ride ever, we decided to do the roughly 15.5 mile point-to-point option starting from Sand Flats Road. It was a long, epic ride, with many miles that couldn’t possibly be condensed into a short video, so I put together a quick edit with some of the footage captured on Porcupine Rim Singletrack. What a fun ride.

Shepard Fairey x Team RadioShack x Trek Madone Bike

Graphic artist Shepard Fairey teams up with Trek in a design collaboration of the forthcoming Madone 6.9 SSL bike. The bike is to be ridden by Team RadioShack during the 2011 Tour of California. The inspiration for its design comes from the RadioShack’s color scheme and portrays the team’s speed and energy.
